This piece is a representation of my core values. I see each person's values as unique as their fingerprint. When I have experienced trauma and challenges with my mental health, I have found that one of the helpful anchors is to hold on very tight to the values that define my character. And for me, the interesting thing is that when faced with difficult challenges I hold onto these like a life raft - the only certainty in a world of chaos.
